Job Description : Call Centre Operator/ Query Operator
- Basic Computer Skills - (min. 50wpm typing speed)
- Data Entry Experience preferred
- Sound English language skills
- Call Centre experience preferred
- Good communication skills - pleasant phone manner
- Good personal presentation
- Ability to work under pressure without supervision and as part of a team
- Reasonable knowledge of the Brisbane Metropolitan area
- The Communications Centre works on a 24hr 7day rotating roster.
- Spelling, typing and location tests as well as an Aptitude Assessment will be conducted at any interview
- Applicants may also be required to be available for on the job assessment of approximately 2 hours
- Successful applicants will have fully paid training provided
